10 MINUTE DISHES

Both these dishes are from leftovers from a Christmas Roast dinner. It can be Turkey etc and  1 is Vegetarian, remember Salt is in the roast dinner. chop all items to you, if you have a lot f dinner add extra of all the fresh items and the rest.

   
INGREDIENTS
  1 small onion chopped
  3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  3 slices of ginger chopped
  1 fresh green chilli
  1 tbsp. fresh coriander chopped
  1 tbsp. lemon juice
  1 tbsp. tomato paste
  150ml water
  Salt to taste

POWDERS
  tsp turemic
  1 tsp cumin
  1 tsp garam masala
  1 tbsp. curry powder


METHOD
In a wide frying pan, place all the water, fresh items, all the powders lemon juice, tomato paste, and bring them to the boil, reduce the heat and add the roast dinner mix well  cover and cook for 6 minutes add the fresh coriander and cook for 2 minutes.

Your 10 MINUTE DISH is ready.

ENJOY with hot toast or pitta bread.
